Great🙂. I looked at the website, 2,5 ++ without free flow of wine is very fair. I start to see the advantage with made to order dishes. You should do a top 10 list of the buffets you reviwed. However, personally I prefer a dinner buffet.., a better time of the day for an indulgent experience.

Clerarly a very professional guy🙂. I once worked as a consultant for a wine agency, but I have limited skills. My prefered choices are Riesling, Sancerre and Alsace.. Riesling works fine with most meats, (except game). Try it

Many tempting dishes. The Blue Crab in clam sause and the Pork with morels and foie gras, were two of them🙂

Another great experience🙂. Whats a normal price for a 5 star Buffet in Bangkok these days? Around 3000-4000 Baht? Is it common to have free flow of wine for another let say 1500-2000 Baht? Cheers.

I think, they very flexible however I would recommend you to check directly with restaurant.

Do they require minimum of two people to dine in their restaurant or they will allow one person?

Wasn’t very impressed at Blue . Some dishes very good ( pigeon ) , others bland or very average . Expected more .
